My sister in law asked me for a favour to draw these for a calender for the company she works at, I posted the first image a little while back but thought it would be nice to upload the set now that they are complete. The calender itself is currently in the making but these are my involvement in it.
This painting is done in two layers the first is a layer of thick card on top of which lies clear plastic with the top layer of the image in acrylic paint. The idea is that Persephone brings the change of seasons with her, so here she is blowing the winds of spring and summer as winter falls behind her.
I'm currently preparing a portfolio for my course so I thought I would upload some of the work that has been dug out. I've made very few decent prints as I tend to lack the patience but here are a few I actually did.
